News Center Maine WLBZ: Female leaders speak at Bangor forum for young women

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Cross Insurance Center was full Tuesday morning, as more than 800 girls and women gathered to hear two of Maine’s female leaders speak.

Former U.S. Sen. Olympia Snowe and Gov. Janet Mills attended the fall forum, hosted by the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute on Tuesday, November 19.

Girls who are part of the institute, referred to as “Olympia’s Leaders,” were able to prepare questions for the two women.
